Pravilo - an old Slavic trainer of body and spirit - Robert Urgela

pravilo - Robert Urgela

The word PravIlo itself (with the emphasis on the second syllable) has a deep inner meaning and means "to correct", "to direct", "to tune". PravIlo removes blocks on the physical, mental and energetic levels. It balances a person and opens the way to the realization of his immense potential.

The Pravilo trainer is an old Slavic practice of developing the strength of body, mind and spirit.

The history of the Pravilo training dates back to the times of our Slavic ancestors. In the traditions of the Scythians, who belonged to the Slavic tribes, warriors used this trainer to prepare themselves to master the battle. In pre-Christian times, training on the Pravilo helped our Slavic ancestors to strengthen their bodies, develop their mental qualities, and acquire complementary physical, mental, and energetic abilities. For ordinary people, the trainings were aimed at strengthening health.

The system of work on PravIlo /with emphasis on I/, is experiencing a revival in countries such as Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. I made the method available to my students in Slovakia a decade ago. The complete first three levels of the PravIlo methodology can be learned in the instructors' courses.

PravIlo adapted to today's conditions gives a unique opportunity to work with your physical body, to heal it and to dedicate to the prophylaxis of civilization diseases. It allows you to open your body, spirit and cultivate your energy. The complex of practices on the trainer allows in a relatively short time to gain a high degree of energy, strength, stamina, calm your mind and clear your mind. This type of training develops flexibility, joint mobility and improves the physical aspects of life. In addition to these, it gives an opportunity to develop the subtle bodies of a person, to cultivate a deep receptivity to them. Training on Pravilo equalizes a person in every aspect. It relieves him of blocks, both physical and mental.

Robert Urgela about himself

It´s my mission to study, validate and put into practice the ancient technologies of our ancestors for maintaining our health. The methods of our ancestors were close to nature, unlike the intellectually created methods of today. In today's difficult living conditions, I find it necessary to use well-functioning and effective old, time-tested methods.
